A towering beast, Kyo is very large and extremely intimidating. Standing at a whopping seven foot five inches, it is not a mystery that most try to stay out of his way. His body is covered in mostly shades of brown. White covers his underside and the back of each legs down to the bottom of his paws. His muzzle is white underneath as well as up on the fluff of his ears. White stripes pull through the brown, connecting up from his underside in a fashion that greatly resembles a tiger. He has two thin, long tiger-like tails rather than average wolf tails. They are white for the most part with a gray tip at the end. However, most of the white on him is generally stained a deep crimson russet coloring from the blood he tends to enjoy playing in. His eyes are a pale milky white-gray color that generally hold a crazed look. It is rare to see any other emotions there. His scent is enough to cause stomachs to roll in a sickening manner. He is covered in a rich coppery smell, a result from the blood that generally covers his body. His paws are simply massive, easily able to cover a small pup and crush them completely.

personality
Filled with the madness caused from the isolation most of his life, he is not a figure you'd want to run into alone. He holds no emotion, no empathy for those he comes in contact with. He is very cold and calculating though he is by no means a complicated being. He is made happy by the simplest of things though they are few and far between. He had no hesitation about killing, finding great comfort in the crimson liquid and flesh. He fancies himself an artist of sorts, using the blood of his victims to paint his masterpieces for all to enjoy. He is a fan of all types of blood, smelling and tasting the unique tastes and qualities of each. His favorite, by far though, is the blood of wolves. Because of his isolation most of his life, he was fed mostly wolf meat, forcing him into the life of cannibalism. He finds other sources of meat rather unpleasant in most cases though he can deal with it if necessary. Because of being kept in a mostly dark environment most of his life his eyesight is rather poor. However, he will make up for it with his hearing and smell.
history
Born a descendant of the Goddess of Death, Kyo was once a normal child. He had siblings whom he loved and played with in a warm and nurturing setting. His parents were the picture of the perfect parents, loving and caring though it was a facade to hide the truth of their nature. The pack Kyo was born into were worshipers of the Goddess of Death, often bringing tributes to the great Mother in the hopes of staying under her good graces. They were merciless, believing they needed to weed out the weak and keep only the strong. It came to a surprise to all of the young children when suddenly their parents moved in to attack, leaving awful bite wounds to them that bled. They cried out for their parents to stop, most of his siblings rolling over to submit. One or two chose to fight back, Kyo being one of them. He snarled and snapped back though he was useless to do much against the adults that chose to punish them for whatever reason. They separated the siblings, moving them to cells away from others. It was dark and damp and there was no one to clean his wounds or to comfort him. It was all part of the test, to see who would die from their wounds or infections. He was left alone for many days with no food, no water, and no social interaction. He found himself losing it slightly, speaking to himself to pass the time and to avoid the quiet that surrounded him. Occasionally he would hear someone and, for a while, his hopes would rise that maybe he was going to be released from this prison. But he never saw anyone. He was only tossed down scraps of meat which he had no choice but to scarf up. It tasted odd, sour almost and he grew sick the first few times he ate it. He was not accustomed to the flesh of his own kind though it was out of the need to survive that he became accustomed to it and even grew to like it. Many months went by like this, kept in his solitude and left to his own thoughts for company. There was little light that filtered through down to him and, though he quickly gave up the hope that he would one day be let go, he cherished the small amount of vision it gave him when it came through. He hated the dark only because it meant loneliness. Eventually, when he was grown, his prison was finally opened one day. He was no longer a helpless pup but a massive beast. His eyes darted around cautiously as he moved out, wary of the tricks that might be involved. There were a few large men waiting for him and he let out a deep snarl. He was larger than both of them though he knew better than to take on two at once. It was... strange to finally see another. He was led to a small arena where many of the council sat in watch. He recognized some from his childhood though the memories were vague and fuzzy. And there, sitting among the crowd, sat his mother and father, watching with cold indifference. He heard a noise and he turned to look at three others who looked strangely familiar. It took him a moment to realize they were his siblings, grown now, though it was clear they were not in good health. They were very thin and malnourished, as if they hadn't been eating the food they had been given. Their ribs and hips stuck out too much and he could smell the sickness on their breath. It was clear in their eyes that there was no hope left. They'd already given up. His eyes darted back to the council, anger flaring in him before the objective was made clear; kill or be killed. Only one could be left standing and if none of them chose to fight they would all be killed. He looked back to his siblings, eyes narrowing. They had been close once upon a time but no more. These wolves before him were strangers. It was without mercy that he lunged forward, jaws closing around their necks and tearing outward easily. The blood that flowed there was familiar and he found his mouth watering. Had they really been feeding him wolf meat? But he found that he didn't really care. He ripped and tore until there was nothing left but scraps of flesh and fur lying about. Blood covered him and he stood triumphant over them. He had passed the test. He was one of them now, a true follower of the great Mother. But he was not content with just that. His eyes narrowed and he let them lead him off, to tell celebrate his passing the initiation. He waited until that night, after the celebrations were over and they all fell into sleep. He was not a follower of the Goddess. He was more than that. He was a child of Death, a God Blood. It was in stealth and without mercy that he moved through the pack, ripping through their throats and shedding their blood until no one was left alive. He stood among the gore and a mad laugh left him. He could not be stopped, could not be bound. The fools who were dead here had no idea just what kind of monster they were unleashing upon the world.
