Between the line of darkness and light stood a regal creature cast in a sea of fluctuating hues of black and pink. Diluted mulberry blankets his head and throat, fading into a faded charcoal that ebbs across his frontal torso into a brightening shade of flushed amethyst bordered by a soft blush of rose. Thin, inky stripes roll down his ribs and hips, painted freshly over the sunset colors of his rump. Spindly black limbs unravel into dainty paws, giving Tiber a poise and build made for flight rather than fight. The same onyx hue paints his muzzle to extend up the bridge of his nose and stop between his brow, and it coats his tail and the back of his ears. Alabaster paints his front feet, leaving the back ones untouched. It circles his tail in thin stripes that connect with themselves but not each other. Three stripes also drape in this same color on the back of his neck, and it also appears in smeared streaks beneath his eyes and a single stripe on his forehead, where three solid gold gems sit in a pristine triangle. Gold lines his ears, which are filled with a bright pink shade of fur, and his eyes are a stark shade of light blue.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder : a mental disorder in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance and a deep need for admiration. Tiber believes that he's superior to others and has little regard for the feelings of others. He will always put himself before anyone especially if it benefits him, and he doesn't care about the damage it may cause. But behind his mask of ultra-confidence lies a fragile self-esteem, vulnerable to the slightest criticism. If someone Tiber looks up to or values points out a flaw within him, whether it be the colors of his pelt or the fact that he's full of himself, he bottles up the anger that flares. Sometimes he randomly lashes out at others if he becomes frustrated because of this. The tension becomes so much that he snaps, and the range of his attack can be anywhere between sarcastic insults to physical harm.

Arrogant : making claims or pretensions to superior importance or rights; overbearingly assuming; insolently proud; a sense of superiority, self-importance, or entitlement. Tiber is an arrogant son of a bitch. He believes that in his quest for power, he is everything a leader should be. He is big-headed and acts like he is better than many others, and often disobeys orders because of this. He thinks that he has been placed on the planet to rule over everyone. He puts others down and will often place himself in situations that will benefit him.

Manipulative : influencing or attempting to influence the behavior or emotions of others for one’s own purposes; to negotiate, control, or influence (something or someone) cleverly, skilfully, or deviously; to manage or influence skillfully, especially in an unfair manner. Tiber is manipulative. If he wants something, he will go to extreme lengths to get it, whether it means consulting with the devil or getting someone to dirty their hands for him. He can convince others to do what he wants, when he wants, and his manipulative nature often leads to lying.

Cantankerous : disagreeable to deal with; contentious; peevish; quarrelsome; irascible; easily moved to anger, quick tempered. Tiber can be hellish to tolerate. He is very opinionated and this often leads to arguments, and he is very easy to anger because his temper has such a short fuse. He becomes frustrated easily, and he knows how to hold a grudge. If you piss him off, he will brood and contemplate over it for minutes, or for days.

Passionate : having, compelled by, or ruled by intense emotion or strong feeling; fervid. Tiber is always fuming. He is constantly angry about something, whether it be because your eye color doesn't suit you, or you have betrayed him. He only follows his own emotions, and is often lead into arguments because of this. Tiber doesn't listen to anything but his emotions - they rule him and make him who he is. He won't even consider your feelings; his feelings or emotions always come first. However, if you truly sit within the depths of his heart like his family, your feelings are put before his own. However, this is a hard feat to overcome.

Deceiving : to mislead by a false appearance or statement; delude; to be unfaithful to something or someone. Tiber is full of deceit. He lies and changes who he is when he is around strangers, and he becomes very cunning and interested in whatever it is the opposite party seeks. If it will get him power, he will go to extreme lengths for it. Tiber changes his attitude to something more sarcastic and sly, and he is often found weaving webs of lies around his victims until they suffocate from the pressure. He isn't very faithful, and though he has been sought out by many women, he has never stayed with just one.

Seething, perpetually irritated, power-hungry, willing to go to extremes, ruled by his own emotions and little else. Tiber lashes out at others randomly; even the smallest of irritating actions or words can set him off. He can be explosive or he can throw small witty remarks at you until you just can't handle him anymore. If he doesn't know you and you hold a position of power, he will be after you until you give it up. He is always angry and constantly holds a scowl on his face. He loathes his own kind and is a masochistic sadist that is indifferent both ways. It doesn't matter to him who he hurts, or who hurts him, but he enjoys every second of it.

Tiber’s sights are set far past being the head of the family, and instead he hungers for genuine power over multiple creatures. He wants to be an alpha; he wants to be a god. He is dangerous and unstable, but more frighteningly, he is an expert actor. He manipulates effortlessly; he acts as though he only wants the good of his family, and his blood believes him, even if he only wants the best for himself. His perch is precarious, between family and the desire for more, but if opportunity presents itself, he might very well reach out for it and leave the Makurias behind. He holds an incestual fantasy toward his sister Mariposa, and finds himself thinking about her sometimes. His relationship with his siblings is a bit dogmatic because he craves to be the most dominant.

There was once a massive, horned beast of legend; they say he was more than wolf, more than mortal, and yet still shy of being a god. Only what’s left of his living family knows his true name; he lives in myths and stories with names like Sunchallenger and Worldeater. He was born with a hunger for power as big as the sky, and so he set his sights on the sun. As he grew from child to adult, he became vicious and cruel; in his time, he would slay wolf after wolf in the name of Sol. With each kill, he would appeal to the god, demanding that Sol show his face to him; his morality was so long-lost that he wanted to challenge and kill the god in order to take his place in the sky. On the day of his hundredth senseless kill, Sol cursed him to endless famine, and branded his black face with a clean sweep of white fur so that everyone would know he had lost the favor of the gods.

His children did not inherit his curse of hunger, but they were born with echoes of his ambition and power, and each child’s face was marked with white, marking them as wolves forsaken by the gods. Their god blood was all that remained of Worldeater, who vanished some time ago, and while his name slowly died in Adymeria, they lived on in the shadows, waiting for his return.

With time, the white markings faded from the faces of his children, until the time came that a son was born without any white markings at all. He vanished, his whereabouts unknown...but his blood still lives on, led by Sirius, the unmarked child. Now they once again step into the sun’s light.
