Reference
A lavish ruby sea blankets his slender, agile frame. A pair of silver eyes have been divinely placed against the gentle slope of his snout, stark and bright in the vast coat of red. He is identified by the two tapered horns that stand tall on his head, the second placed directly before his crown while the other stands just before it. The inside cores of these two unicorn horns are a pure, snowy white, and are encased in a clear outer layer of highly durable 'glass'. His body is light and flighty, with hollow bones, a pair of large, strong wings for flight, long slender limbs and a streamlined torso. His hips are a bit more narrow and lead into a lengthy short-furred tail with a silver plume of satin strands on the end. His paws lean toward dainty, as they are small and equipped with sharp, curving silver talons made for a strong grip. His pads, nose, gums and skin are all black, while his tongue is a purpleish blue.
personality
| |||||||||
Lady's Man - one who is fond of, attentive to, and successful with women; a man who strives to please women and to attract their attention and admiration. Sephiel is quite fond of females, and tries for as many as he can get. He is a huge flirt and a noble prince at the same time; he wants their attention and will do almost anything to get it. He treats each and every lady as a queen, and often times gets taken advantage of because of this.
Protective - to defend or guard from attack, trouble, invasion, loss, annoyance, insult, etc.; cover or shield from injury or danger. Not only does this apply to his women, but also to his family and friends. Anyone that is fair to him or that is blood earns his protection. He is very brave and will trade his life for yours, or put his on the line if he feels it's necessary. Loyal - faithful to one's oath, commitments, or obligations; faithful to one's sovereign, government, or state; faithful to any leader, party, or cause, or to any person or thing conceived as deserving fidelity. Sephiel is very finicky with his loyalty. It lies only in his alphas and any pack members above his rank, though he serves packs as a whole when he joins them. He will not be loyal to anyone that cannot return the favor. Obedient - complying with or submissive to authority; to comply with or follow the commands, restrictions, wishes, or instructions of another. During his time within a pack, Seph listens and follows commands to the best of his abilities. He has experienced beta ranks twice in the past. He only listens to what his higher-ups say and will comply with only them. If he is instructed, he will accept the task and finish it. He rarely ever denies anything he is told to do. Paternal - characteristic of or befitting a father; fatherly. For anyone that is more than three ages younger than he, this characteristic comes into play. Sephiel loves children and has a strong paternal instinct and has only raised a whelp once before, though that was the point in which the switch had been flipped on. Anyone that he feels is younger than him is treated as a child. He will protect and teach them as if they are his; he makes a very noble father figure. Modest - having or showing a moderate or humble estimate of one's merits, importance, etc.; free from vanity, egotism, boastfulness, or great pretensions. Sephiel views himself as equal to anyone else, and has no desire to feel vain or egotistical. He praises himself internally, and knows he's done a good job when he does. He will not accept rewards because the feeling of accomplishment is enough for him. He would rather let someone else take the spot light should he see they deserve it. Honest - honorable in principles, intentions, and actions; upright and fair; sincere or frank; genuine or unadulterated. Sephiel doesn't see the need to lie. He tells the truth and only the truth, and while he may not exactly be gentle about it, he is genuine. He means what he says, and says what he means. Trustworthy - deserving of trust or confidence; dependable; reliable. Confident and dependable, if you ask Sephiel to do something, he will fulfill it. He tries to always be around; if someone needs to talk or needs secretive actions carried out, Sephiel can do it as long as it's along the lines of his agreement. He doesn't betray others and has never been labeled as a traitor. Sephiel has always tried his hardest to make things equal, so there is no consequence.
history
| |||||||||
Born to a royal family, Sephiel is of noble blood. His mother and father were the rulers of three packs, each of which had their own alphas and such. They were the over-seers, watching down on the others through news from sentinels they sent out day after day. Sephiel was born in a litter of six, he and his brother being the only two males. They were treated like royalty by the wolves that served their parents, receiving only the freshest of meat and the warmest of dens, as well as many other spoilings.
He grew into a divine beast and was cherished the most by his father and mother. Sephiel held the spot light each and every day, excelling in everything his siblings didn't and more. He was bright and impressive, or so his parents thought. They named him heir to their throne when he and his siblings were eight months old. Only a male could be elected. His siblings were taken away to be raised by the family council, guards, servants, and housecarls, while Sephiel was taught to be noble, gentle, and a leader. His parents soon forgot about his siblings to an extent, and they were never to be spoken about, especially from Sephiel. Some time after his father grew ill, Sephiel was informed that when he passed, it was he that would take the throne to continue the family blood line. And when he declined, they tried to force him into it. He argued with the royal council for hours, asking why one of his siblings hadn't been chosen when he declined, or why his brother hadn't been chosen in the first place. He was the only other male. But they refused, and so Sephiel left. He left his father in an unstable state at the end, left his mother to a dying mate, and his siblings to a depressed mother. He was a bit young to be going off on his own, but he believed he had no other choice. Leave, or be forced to rule. Sephiel assumes his brother took the throne as he was the only other that Seph was sure had received a taste of the life of the throne, in case things re-percussed like they did. They had to have someone to fill the duties of a king. He traveled far from his homelands, sure that someone would be following him to take him back for a life of dull royalty that he didn't want. He has found his way to Adymeria, and has yet to discover what it has to hold. |
