General Guidelines
The creatures of Adymeria come in a variety of sizes, colors, and shapes. The wolves here are known to reach a maximum height of 6 feet, though its quite rare to find any of that size and with the max weight of around 350-400 pounds. Currently, these are the known species within the lands. Do not consider their guidelines as rules, you can create whatever you would like within the species. You can create a dark Windwalker, an Earthborn that shows no signs of an element, a Halfling that is almost more of their animal then wolf or shows nothing at all, and same for a Changeling; they could be completely plain. If you have any questions you can feel free to ask us about it in the cbox!

Wind-walkers
Masters of the sky, these wolves are known for their wings, hollow bones, and lithe bodies. They tend to be a selective species, sticking close together and often residing as mated pairs in sphere/pendant nests. These wolves tend to take on lighter coloration, though they have been known to be extreme in coloration and mutations. The Windwalkers are extremely talented hunters when in flight, able to dive and land on their prey from high above. When they have pups they are extremely private with females often time never leaving their nests. Other wolves spread rumors that they lay eggs instead of actually giving birth to pups.

Halflings
Known for their extreme mutations and appearance, Halflings generally take on the characteristics and appearance of another animal. Their size variation is the most extreme compared to other species because of their relation to different animals. Bird Halflings may be extremely small, and those relating to larger beasts can reach the maximum size. Halfling litters are often quite jumbled in looks, as their pups can take on one or both animal characteristics of their parents or develop into an entirely new Halfling and bear no resemblance to their parents.
Species Mutation: Horns, antlers, wings, long hair, tusks, cat claws, large fangs, gills/fins/scales, spikes, tough skin, chameleon skin

Earthborns
Wolves believed to have formed entirely from the elements. Generally a wolf is born with only one element, and they often display this in some way such as a a wolf of water having gills or other aquatic life like qualities to them, a wolf of fire often smoking, leaving burned paw prints or constantly adorned in fire, earth wolves have been known to grow small trees on their bodies and other plants, and wolves of the air often displaying lithe wisp like bodies. It is not common for wolves to be born with more than one element, but it is not impossible. Their puppies like Halflings are also often random and varied. A pup does not have to have one of their parents elements, they can develop an entirely different one.

Caverunner
Reclusive and protective, they are legendary for their defensive abilities in combat. The Caverunners are a species that lives primarily underground, even below the pack lands of other wolves. They typically have large claws and paws that help them to dig dirt and quite large and limber bodies well toned by constant work in their tunnels. Many would believe their eyesight to be poor for lingering in the darkest corners of earth, but its simply in fact a lack of understanding of their lifestyle. Though their tunnel ways are typically quite dark for miles, the Caverunners are experts at navigating through them to their main common rooms, a vast and open underground room lit by specially grown flowers and the power of those that live within. As hunters, they are experts at creating traps with their tunnels to confine larger prey.
Species Mutation: Sense casting, spectravision

Changeling
A species that fits no definition, Changelings are simply known because they are heavily mutated and their fur colored to the extremes beyond nature, not that this is a feature strictly confined to these species they are simply known for wild and beautiful colors that intensify with each new generation.
Species Mutation: Any mutation

Hybrid
A hybrid is a crossing of any blood of the previous species and they are received with mixed views by others. In Adymeria, bloodlines play a massive role in your place in soceity, and some view the crossing of them as an abomination and curse those of this blood as bastards. Others fear the crossing of blood, fearing what it may create or birth, afraid the gods may seek out greater punishments for these curses. Others view the Hybrids as the future with limitless possibilities into what they may create. It is not unheard of though for these wolves to be killed on site by rogue groups because of their "impurities".

Frost Sentinel
Perhaps some of the largest wolves to grace Adymeria (ranging from 5.5-6 feet), the frost sentinels are an intimidating race upon first glance. Their bodies are tall and unusually slender, their coats usually range from pure white to silver with hardly any dark colours mixed into the fray and their noses are a light blue - nearly white - that is always covered in what appears to be ice along with their eyes. Their bodies permeate a chilling aura that usually freezes anything around it. It's said that their fur does not shed in the traditional way but instead turns into snow and falls to the ground.
Species Mutation: Water

God Forged
A species that is both primal and beautiful. Usually has a glow about their figures with many different animal parts on their bodies like feathers, skulls, dragon scales, and small rodent tails but their most distinctive feature are the three gems that are embedded into their skulls. Despite living in the sky very few of them have wings and instead use flying beasts to travel between the different islands so this species has a deep affiliation with the creatures of their continent and tend to form a close bond with one
